Job Responsibilities:
Working with a talented and cohesive team of professionals the successful candidate will have the opportunity to challenge themselves in many areas including collaboration on large and significant projects.
There is a need to have a recognised tertiary planning qualification along with several years of local New Zealand experience. The role will involve collaborating with multi:disciplinary teams on projects for both land use and regional planning.
Ideal candidates will have a combination of the following attributes:
* Full membership (or eligibility for full membership) of the New Zealand Planning Institute.
* 7 + years' experience.
* Experience with both land use and regional planning.
* Experience in reviewing and understanding technical and scientific reports and applying this in a planning role.
* The ability to liaise with clients, local and regional authorities and internal/external groups
* Business development aptitude.
