In the house there is one small fluffy dog, who is hypoallergenic which means he does not malt and if you have any allergies to dogs you wont react with his type of coat.Every second week I have my 8 year old girl staying with me; she a funny energetic little person :) but would have to be ok with kids as she does still have stroppy days.The train station is about 5 minutes walk so if you study transport is very handy.I am a relaxed chick, will help when I can if you need me to drive you etc and if you would like to contribute towards food money you can eat the dinners I make.
There is a huge deck which makes good for another chill out area-Parking for one car and my own.Local supermarket, cafe takeaways bush walks all close by
