The area we are located is known as Millionaires Row and is in the Premium location of Greenlane.For smokers you can smoke outside away from the house no problem.We are located 2 minutes’ walk to Cornwall Park, One Tree Hill/Domain. 10-15 minute walk to Greenlane or Ellerslie Station, 5 minutes to Great South Road for an even wider selection of Buses, 10-15 minute walk to Ellerslie/Penrose Business district area. The house is 10-15 minutes’ walk to theCountdown and McDonalds, KFC is on the way there if you feel like Chicken tonight? 1 minute (outside the front door to the CBD and Onehunga on the 392 bus route) and you can also select a 10 minute walk to a Bus stop to the CBD or 512 bus to Sylvia Park which is about 20 minutes away allowing for traffic of course. If driving you have Mt Smart Stadium nearby and Sylvia Park Shopping Centre 10-15 minutes away, or Wellington Point for Bunning and Briscoe’s, Harvey Norman etc.Parking is available outside on the property, there is room for about 8 vehicles, no garage or carport is allocated and available for tenant parking currently.Utility costs to be added to the total approximately $50 a week (this is an average subject to change and season).
