We are a French couple (late 20s and early 30s) both with residency visa, working and easy going. Always keen to share a beer or a wine. We like hiking, water sports, technology and just explore New Zealand.The house more in details:
- It’s a 4 bedrooms house. 3 medium size rooms and 1 small that we will be using for guests. (couchsurfing, friends …)
- New kitchen with oven, dishwasher, stove and fridge
- 2 toilets and 2 bathrooms
- Nice sunny living room with a view on the bay
- Huge Garage- Huge Deck and a garden- You can park your car inside and outside- Nice neighborhood- 20 minutes from North Shore, just few meters from the ramp to the harbor bridge- 25 minutes walk to the city- 5 minutes walk to Ponsonby- 5 minutes walk to the beach- Shops and buses at 2 minutes from the house- High Speed unlimited WifiBad things about the House:
-We have a beautiful balcony but we are not allowed to go on it
-Walls are cover of an old fashion papers… not the best fashion… but we will try to improve it
-Second bathroom is downstairs…
-But that's the only things about it!What we are looking for:-1 single flatmate or a couple-No pets-No smokers preferred-Easy going, clean, tidy and respectful-Mid to long term stay-Professional and who share the same interest +++2 weeks bonds and 1 week to pay in advance.
