The house is located in Mangere Bridge down a quiet shared driveway, only a few mins drive to the Mangere Bridge shops. The house has a fully equipped kitchen and the living room has couches, tv with sky, and surround sound. Outside there is a bbq area in the Garden. There is an HRV system installed in the house and for heating there is a heat pump. The bedroom currently has a single bed in it, but can be removed. Also a built in wardrobe. Bond is 2 weeks rent and a week in advance will be needed upon moving in. Currently 1 female, and one male living in the house full time, and one male living in the house from monday night through to thursday. We would prefer female but males will be considered, we would like to have someone who is generally tidy and considerate towards other flatmates.If interested please *only text between 9am and 5pm mon-fri, outside these hours please call.
