Double room for rent in Auckland - 2015-04-02 in Auckland, Auckland for sale

We are two females - a nurse and an editor - looking for a third person (male or female) to join our flat. Ideally you'd move in around the same time as us (Easter weekend).It's a beautiful, architecturally-designed split-level home set way back from the road amidst mature natural bush. Very quiet. Plenty of decking for BBQs/entertaining, yoga, drawing, sunbathing, etc.The available room is the master bedroom. It has an ensuite and built-in mirror-fronted wardrobes, plus a long, low shelving unit.We are pretty open to whomever, but you will need to be someone who cleans up after yourself and is OK with being respectful about noise levels if one of us needs to sleep at odd hours (one of us does shift work). We will do the same when you need it. As long as we all communicate well, it shouldn't be an issue. We are both fairly eco-minded where recycling, composting etc are concerned, so would be nice if you were also conscious about that type of thing. Feel free to ask us questions :)Please note these photos are from when the last tenants were there, so that's not our stuff.Expenses TBC - we will be renting a washing machine and TV, plus there will be gas, power, water and internet to cover. I expect total expenses will be around $30 per week, give or take. Obviously we want to keep it as affordable as possible.
