Great location in Mt Albert, very close to the Unitec and close to cafes and all amenities. The room on offer is a big bedroom with its own toilet, bath/shower, and you will have your own key to your room. You can either bring your own furniture or there is a single bed and bedside table if u prefer. Your flatmates will be 2 children (aged 13 and 12) and their Mother. We are a busy, quiet family, and are happy to leave you to your privacy. Would prefer either professional woman or young student. The house is comfortable, and has recently been fully insulated.
