Seeking for two 25+ easy going, friendly, independent professionals to share with one 34 year old professional male and his two beagles Lily and Barney.The house is a spacious 2 level with a large kitchen/dining/lounge and sunny backyard and deck. Located on Ranui Road, it’s only a short walk to the Remuera shops etc.There is a choice of 3 unfurnished double bedrooms and each flatmate can have their own bathroom.Potential flatmates must be dog friendly (as Lily and Barney like to socialise), be considerate, clean and tidy and pay rent and bills on time.
Rent excludes expenses, e.g. sky, phone/ internet, power, water and maybe a cleaner.One garage space available for an additional $20 per week.Please call rather than text as I’m old school and like to talk to people.
