Room is a double with wardrobe, and private ensuite $205pw.
Expenses are $35pw additional which will cover mysky, water, power, internet, landline and necessities.Sorry no couples or pets.Smokers ok - outside only.Current flatmates are all full-time working professionals. Clean and tidy. We are all pretty independent and tend do our own thing, but are still friendly and sociable.
This is not a party flat, but we don't mind the occasional drink, odd BBQ in summer, dinner party, etc.In terms of cooking, we all cook for ourselves.We like to keep the flat clean and tidy. We prefer "a clean up after yourself" approach so you should be willing to do that and chip in with general flat cleaning.
Ideal flatmate must be clean, tidy, responsible, working professional, female, mid-late 20s. And of course, you should be reliable with rent.
