Looking for a single/couple to take our awesome room in Grey Lynn/Arch Hill as we are going traveling.Old villa in good nick with wooden floors throughout, one bathroom with modern shower and an awesome sunroom and outdoor area with a deck.
A big room with high ceiling, enough space to comfortably fit a desk, wardrobe, double bed, two side tables and chair. Would be ideal for a couple, like us.Just down the road from Ponsonby and Kingsland, bus stop at the top of the road, lots of street parking and one off-street park.Other flatties are awesome - chilled and tidy, fun to live with and genuine people. Sad to go but must be on our way overseas!
