Hi there,We have a rather large size, nice house which has a spare room available for one girl (no couples thanks).
The house consists of myself and my girlfriend, and one other mature professional and good friend of ours (a guy).
We are fun, friendly people and enjoy the odd good time, but we definitelydon't want a new flatmate that wants to party etc and do not want someone that wants to have lots of random friends over thanks.We have two very small dogs (one is only 9 weeks old and VERY cute!!), and the property has a LARGE fenced outdoor deck and lawn which they are usually out playing in anyway haha.The house has a nice lounge with big LCD tv, sky etc. and also a separate tv room with an even bigger screen for movie nights!Ideally looking for a foreign student who is studying etc (our house has the bus stop that goes to Newmarket, City etc at the top of our driveway!!) so it is perfect for a student studying etc.My girlfriend is Spanish - so if you are a Spanish student - even better! :)The room has a double bed already and simple bedside table.It is a rather good size double upstairs room with large wardrobes and windows. There is a bathroom with shower and bath upstairs and another toilet downstairs (our master room has an ensuite) so the large bathroom is only shared between yourself and our one flatmate (but they have a toilet downstairs too).Please feel free to contact us if you want to come and meet us and see if it could suit.Steve
