It is a small-ish room, (approx. 3m x 2.3m = 7 square metres ) but you'll have first opportunity to upgrade to a balcony room if one of the others moves out. The lounge, dining, kitchen and balcony area on the level below is especially spacious! There is a built-in wardrobe (not visible in the photo) and outside the room is an office area with a large desk that you would be able to use.The room can be furnished with a single bed and linen. There's also some drawers etc.The weekly rent is $180 plus $30 (fixed) for expenses, including water, single bed, internet, power and a weekly cleaner (for common areas).
