We are three flatmates, one Kiwi male 56 and two Chinese ladies in thirties.we have one big double room for rent in our house in Mt Eden, it has built in wardrobe, has good morning sun, is unfurnished but some furniture could be provided if required. We are mature, well traveled, intelligent, respectful, and all working, you should be similar.
The house is two stages from the CBD with the bus stop two minutes walk away and handy for restaurants,shops and supermarkets.
Genuine students and travellers on working holiday are welcome.
