At the moment we''re looking for a **Commis Chef to** join our professional and friendly team at **Holiday Inn Auckland Airport**. In this role, you will have the opportunity to improve your cooking, a la carte, buffet and knife skills.
This role will involve providing excellent service to our guests during our busy breakfast lunch and dinner periods, as well as servcing the room service function. Your role will require you to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet, monitor standards throughout and cook al a carte orders for lunch and dinner service plus room service. Also your duties will include basic mise en place, banqueting and staff canteen.
You''ll be an energetic and dedicated team player who takes pride in their work. Ideally, you will be confident in commercial kitchen through experience and/or training.
