Centre Team Leader - Cooking Appliances, Auckland in Auckland, Auckland

We are currently recruiting for an inspirational and personable Team Leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional service in the Homeware Industry.
Our client is an upmarket, global supplier of household products based in Auckland CBD. Due to continued growth within the business, they are seeking a driven and supportive Team Leader to manage a Sales Team whilst delivering exceptional customer service to build and maintain customer loyalty.
This hands-on role will see you supporting the Centre Manager and managing a successful, close knit Sales Team. You will ensure that all staff are fully briefed and up to date with current product information and actively assist customers with product information and offer a first time resolution. You will also assist with the coordination and set up of demonstrations and ensure that the showroom and equipment are immaculate and up to date with the current product range and pricing.
To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record of managing a team within the Homeware industry or similar and demonstrable high end retail experience. You will have a passion for customer excellence and solution selling and be a team player who can work well under pressure.
