Your tasks:
- Assist in business planning, strategic planning and setting of goals and objectives
- Manage third-party vendor performance, evaluate all potential new vendors and participate actively in selection
- Collaborate on lead generation budget management
- Identify, propose and develop innovative ways to find new sources of high-quality leads
- Lead the development and drive the execution of all lead-acquisition activities associated with new program launches and new marketing initiatives
- Oversee and manage online lead generation activities, including SEO & SEM, CPL, Display andnew channels as appropriate
Your skills:
- Resourceful, self-motivated individual capable of driving team performance
- Exceptional problem solving skills and ability to synthesize results, extract insight, develop recommendations, and present findings to senior management
- Strong proficiency with Excel, intermediate SQL skills a plus
- Must have proven ability to develop and execute lead acquisition, media buying and search strategies
- Degree in business or related quantitative discipline
- Strong knowledge of the lead acquisition industry
- Must have strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, have excellent project management and communication skills, and be able to collaborate, multi-task, and prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment
