Senior Estimator, Auckland in Auckland, Auckland

This is a Permanent opportunity for a Senior Estimator to join a growing yet well established commercial construction business in New Zealand. The business is involved in a number of major projects of high values and complexity. Requiring a Senior Estimator with strong commercial construction experience and excellent ability to work on tenders up to the value of $80 million (mainly being office based). We are willing to relocate someone who has the right experience from Australia or within NZ only - given the nature of the projects we feel that this person must have experience in either Australia or NZ.
You will possess the following:
-Excellent experience as a Senior Estimator within commercial construction (8-10 + years at that level)
-Excellent ability to produce tenders up to $80 million in value
-Excellent communication skills
-Happy to relocate to NZ or already local.
