Your tasks:
- Receives and approves the client's accounts payable invoices
- Assists accountants on tax return preparation
- Codes payables for accounts payable
- Handles client payroll
- Prepares appropriate schedules and reports
- Deposits accounts receivables
Your skills:
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills and written communications skills
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements of processing payroll accounting transactions and payroll returns
- 5 + years of bookkeeping experience including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger and financial reports
- Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
